CRITICAL CRITERIA: Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered. i) The Tenderer must substantiate with proven track records that they have completed at least 2 projects involving design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Automatic Fare Collection System for rail transit system which is currently in revenue service, within the past ten (10) years; and with proven track records that they have successfully implemented and completed at least 1 relevant project involving network infrastructure project for rail lines in revenue service involving Wide Area Network (WAN) design based on a ring fibre optics topology. TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA): Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA via email to [contact details removed] with subject heading 'Term NDA ID - declared for Contract CR172B': (1) Term NDA for access to Tender documents/Drawings; Password to access Tender documents/drawings, will only be provided AFTER: (1a) Term NDA declaration, please quote Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA (e.g. NDA27100); and (1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.
