Critical Criteria Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered. Tenderers must be Apple Authorised Resellers (AARs) under the registered Apple Business Manager (ABM) corporate account, 'Singapore Government'. Tenderers shall be licensed under the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to provide the mobile telecommunications services in Singapore. Evaluation Criteria Tenderer shall note that this tender will be evaluated based on the lowest price offer that satisfactorily complies with the Authority's requirements. The following will be evaluated for compliance with the Authority's requirements: a) Technical proposal including the proposed subscription plans, device specifications and subscription requirements; b) Proposed account management and service support team; and c) Track records of the company in providing similar services for the past three (3) years. In addition to the tender evaluation criteria above, the Authority will take into account the financial capability and/or health of the Tenderers in the evaluation of the tender.
