CRITICAL CRITERIA: Registration with Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered. i) Registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) with the designated registration head and grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion. Tenderers must be registered with the following BCA Workhead: (a) CW01 - General Building with Financial Grade C3 and above; OR (b) CW02 - Civil Engineering with Financial Grade C3 and above. Attendance at the Tender Briefing is mandatory and is considered a critical criterion. Failure to attend the Tender Briefing will result in the disqualification of the Tenderer's submission. TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA): Tenderers are required to complete & submit the attached to LTA via email to [contact details removed] with subject heading 'Term NDA ID - declared for Contract ID205': (1) Term NDA for access to Tender documents/drawings and Tender Briefing. Pls note that the password will only be provided after the following requirements have been met: (1a) Term NDA declaration, pls quote the Term NDA reference ID issued by LTA (e.g. NDA27xxx); and (1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted. Tenderers are required to inform the Authority by 15 OCTOBER 2026, the full name of company and representatives (maximum 2 representatives for each tenderer) for the Tender Briefing via link or QR code as stated in ITT Clause 4.1.
