The password for the Tender Documents will be issued only after the Tenderer has: (a) quoted the Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA; and (b) declared that they have read and will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Term NDA. CRITICAL CRITERIA: Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) in their respective discipline, and according to the specified Panel code numbers, is a critical criterion.
