Name of work HVAC WORKS AT VAISHALI PBB BRANCH GROUND FLOOR STATE BANK OF INDIA JAIPUR, (RAJASTHAN) 2. Time allowed for completion 45 days from the date of commencement as defined in Clause 26.0 of the General Conditions of Contract. 3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Rs. 36,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six Thousand only), to be submitted compulsorily in the form of Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of “AGM, Region 3, State Bank of India, Jaipur”, payable at Jaipur. No MSME/MSE exemption from EMD shall be applicable. 4. Security Deposit Total Security Deposit: 5% of the accepted contract value, comprising Initial Security Deposit of 2% (including EMD) and balance 3% by retention from running account bill(s), as detailed in the General Conditions of Contract. 5. Additional Performance Guarantee If the accepted quoted tender value is below 90% of the estimated cost, the successful bidder shall submit an Additional Performance Guarantee (APG) for an amount equal to the difference between 90% of the estimated cost and the accepted quoted tender value. The APG shall be furnished in the form of FDR or Bank Guarantee in favour of State Bank of India and shall be released upon satisfactory completion and handover of the work to the Bank. 3 TENDER NO: SBI/ JAIPUR/2026-27/ET-002 6. Liquidated Damages At the rate of 0.5% of the contract value per week of delay subject to a maximum of 5% of the accepted contract value. 14. Rates Rates quoted by the bidder shall remain firm throughout the contract period, including approved variations, and shall include all costs, duties, levies, royalties, transportation, labour and other incidental charges required for complete execution of the work. GST shall be paid extra as applicable and as per Bank’s norms. No price variation/escalation shall be payable. 15. Payment terms 1st Running/Adhoc payment @ 50% of work progress assessment. Maximum One Interim bill shall be submitted. Final payment will be made within 45 days from the date of joint verification of the bill by the Bank’s engineer/Architect and contractor 16. Refund of security deposit 50% of the total security deposit deducted shall be refunded at the time of issuance of virtual completion certificate. The balance 50% would be paid after successful completion of the Defect Liability Period of 12 months. 17. Working schedule The work has to be carried out as per the schedule prepared by Project Architect/EIC in order to complete the work within the stipulated timeline. 4 TENDER NO: SBI/ JAIPUR/2026-27/ET-002 18. Insurance The contractor shall obtain all necessary insurance policies as per the law applicable at the centre and shall be required to produce the original policies and receipts of the premium applicable in the matter ,to the Bank. 19. Water & Electricity Water and Electricity shall be provided by the Bank at one point. However, further distribution and extension and light fixtures etc. with required MCB switches. Switch boards, lamp, tube etc shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost with the accepted tender cost.. 20.
