The SBI may consider accepting ISD in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by any Scheduled Bank in the format supplied/approved by the SBI within its sole discretion but the same cannot be considered as a right of the bidder. 7 Additional security Deposit In case L-1 bidder quotes abnormally low rates (i.e.7.5% or more, below estimated cost put to tender), the bank may ask such bidder to deposit Additional Security deposit (ASD)/Additional performance Guarantee (APG) shall be applicable if the bid price is below 7.5 % of the estimated cost put to tender.
