Saskatoon Office Expansion / Flow Forecast Center - Unit #40

WSA has recently acquired the adjacent bay to its existing office space in Saskatoon. With this additional area, WSA intends to complete a fit-up to accommodate a new Flow Forecast Center and additional office space, in accordance with the provided design drawings. WSA is requesting pricing to be submitted using the following three segments: Total Cost for the entire project as designed Phase 1 Cost (refer to Appendix F) Phase 2 Cost (refer to Appendix F) Depending on bid prices, WSA may need to complete the project over two budget cycles. The intent is for Phase 1 to be completed and invoiced prior to March 31, 2027, and Phase 2 to start in the next budget cycle starting April 1, 2027.

WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation within the meaning of The Crown Corporations Act, 1993 (Saskatchewan) that is governed by The Water Security Agency Act (Saskatchewan). WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province’s water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing dams and related supply channels.
