Stavanger kommune ønsker gjennom denne konkurransen å inngå en avtale om rydding av Stavanger sentrum.Oppdraget er håndplukking av papir, flasker, sigarettsneiper og annet avfall på vei og fortau, i parker, torg og gågater.Konkurransen er reservert for virksomheter eller programmer som har som hovedformål å integrere funksjonshemmende eller vanskeligstilte i arbeidslivet. Dette gjelder bare når minst 30 prosent av de ansatte i virksomheten eller programmet har en funksjonshemming eller er vanskeligstilte, jf. FOA § 16-9.
