Obiectul acordului cadru îl constituie achizitia de cartușe toner și consumabile (waste container/maintenance box) pentru echipamentele de tip imprimante și multifuncționale din cadrul MIPE conform prevederilor caietului de sarcini pentru o perioadă de 24 luni, cu un operator economic, fără reluarea competiției. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 20 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare /informatii suplimentare, in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Cantitate maximă estimată acord cadru: 4943 buc. Cantitatea minimă estimată acord cadru: 1236 buc.
