Achizitia de “Sistem securizare contoare PKI-HSM”, conform celor specificate in caietul de sarcini, este necesara pentru a defini infrastructura de securitate PKI și HSM, precum și principiile de integrare și fluxurile de lucru de securitate cu implementările existente de Contorizare Inteligentă, soluțiile SMI viitoare și platforma MDM/MDC. Infrastructura viitoare PKI & HSM va fi o soluție logică comună pentru DEER, centralizată și deservind cele trei regiuni operaționale (TS, MN și TN). Numǎrul de zile pȃnǎ la care potențialii ofertanți pot solicita clarificǎri referitoare la documentația de atribuire, ȋnainte de data limitǎ de depunere a ofertei este 20. Entitatea contractantǎ va rǎspunde tuturor solicitǎrilor de clarificǎri in a 11-a zi ȋnainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
