Contract având ca obiect concesiunea prin gestiune delegata a serviciului de iluminat public in Municipiul Drobeta Turnu Severin, consta în: servicii de întretinere, mentenantă a sistemului de iluminat public, inchiriere si montare - demontare instalatii de iluminat festiv, telegestiune, modernizare, extindere a sistemului de iluminat public, inclusiv elaborarea documentatiei tehnice aferente, conform cerintelor documentatiei de atribuire. Numarul de zile pana la care operatorii economici pot adresa intrebari/clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 26 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatiilor suplimentare in a 16 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.

Lots Lot 1 — Default lot (estimated 56016241): Obiectivul prezentei concesionarii este realizarea unui sistem de iluminat public unitar si eficient, care sa corespunda cerintelor modeme, in paralel cu optimizarea consumului energetic si eficientizarea Sistemului de Iluminat Public, pentru intreaga unitate administrativ - teritoriala a Municipiului Drobeta Turnu Severin Valoarea estimată a contractului este de 56.016.241 lei, fiind compusa din: 1.Modernizarea sistemului de iluminat public (Delegare pe 7 ani) -29.986.646 lei 2.Extinderea retelelor de iluminat public (Delegare pe 7 ani)- 13.533.727 lei; 3.Intretinerea si mentinerea in functiune a sistemului de iluminat public (Delegare pe 7 ani) – 4.859.504,13 lei 4.Activitatea de montare/ demontare/ inchiriere a iluminatului festiv (Delegare pe 7 ani) -7.636.363,63 lei
