SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE 1 050 mm DIAMETER SMOOTH WALL STEEL PIPE CULVERT by the boring method through the Roadway on Highway No. 2, 12.78 km north of its junction with Highway No. 312 near Wakaw; for a TOTAL LENGTH OF 21 m. Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
