Project Description: Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry) is planning to replace the existing bridges on Highway No. 8 over Bighorn Brook, approximately 33.3 km north of Norquay, SK and Highway No. 8 over Spruce Creek, approximately 1.6 km north of Norquay, SK with new bridges in the Summer 2027. The Ministry requires construction administration service for these bridges (B26078).
