Kristiansand Kommune inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse om rivingsarbeid på Kaserne Møvik Fort.Eiendommen på Kroodden er et betongbygg på 3 etasjer med en grunnflate på 490 kvm, opprinnelig oppført av Forsvaret mellom 1955 og 1975. Bygget har ikke status som verneverdig. Tomten er regulert til boligformål, mens det eksisterende betongbygget hele tiden har vært avsatt til kaserne og lager. Bygget er avstengt, men opplever innbrudd og uvedkommende tar seg inn. Kommunen ønsker nå å få bygget revet.Av hensyn til slettsnokforekomsten i området bør arbeidet skje i den periode hvor slettsnoken er inaktiv/i dvale. Dvs. i perioden 01.11 – 01.03. Oppdragsgiver legger opp til dette. Det bør i minst mulig grad graves i grunnen, dersom mulig.
