Details
Kristiansand municipality shall enter into new framework agreements for the delivery of furniture for different purposes, including offices and social zones, nurseries, schools and before-and-after-school care and institutions. The objective of the procurements is to ensure access to functional and appropriate products that meet the contracting authority ́s needs in an efficient and flexible way. The tenderers shall be system orientated and shall contribute to good collaboration processes. Kristiansand municipality has, at the same time, a clear ambition to support sustainable development and circular economy within the furniture area. This means that the furniture shall be of high quality, have a long lifetime, and be able to be maintained, repaired, reused or redesigned for new use. The offered products shall be sturdy and durable, but it shall also be possible to choose simple and cheaper alternatives where this is considered most appropriate based on needs and context. The procurement is divided into the following sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 - Framework agreement furniture - Office and social zonesDelkontrakt 2 - Rammeavtale møbler - InstitutionDelkontrakt 3 - Framework agreement furniture - SFO and schoolDelkontrakt 4 - Rammeavtale møbler - BarnehageIt is possible to submit tender offers on each sub-contract. However, it is not possible to submit a combined tender. Each sub-contract will be evaluated individually. All the competition documents in the competition are connected to the main tender. All sub-contracts are for Kristiansand municipality. There are, however, several framework agreement parties for sub-contract 1.
Lots Lot 1 — Sub-contract 1 - Framework agreement furniture - Office and social zones (estimated 37500000.00): Kristiansand municipality (the contracting authority) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of furniture for offices and social zones. The objective of the procurement of furniture for offices and social zones is to procure products that cover the contracting authority ́s needs. At the same time, the contracting authority would like to contribute to sustainable restructuring and circular economy. The framework agreement is not exclusive. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct its own procurement processes where the Contracting Authority deems this appropriate. This can, for example, be with the procurement of furniture in connection with turnkey contracts or major furniture procurements in connection with own projects. The framework agreement is for the entire assortment within the category office and social zones. Main assortmentSome of the products is included in a core assortment. The intention is that the main assortment shall cover most of the contracting authority ́s needs. Which furniture is included in the main assortment is specified in the attached product and price form, under the tab "Office and social zones". Other assortment, unless the main assortment does not cover the need/specification, the contracting authority will use the other assortment. Tenderers must both have plenty of breadth and depth in their other product range that this contract applies to. The other assortment will be priced according to mark-up. Lot 2 — Sub-contract 2 - Framework agreement furniture - Institution (estimated 9000000.00): Kristiansand municipality (the contracting authority) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of furniture to institutions. The aim of the procurement of institution furniture is to procure products that cover the contracting authority ́s needs. At the same time, the contracting authority would like to contribute to sustainable restructuring and circular economy. The framework agreement is not exclusive. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct its own procurement processes where the Contracting Authority deems this appropriate. This can, for example, be with the procurement of furniture in connection with turnkey contracts or major furniture procurements in connection with own projects. The framework agreement applies to the entire assortment within the institution category. Main assortmentSome of the products is included in a core assortment. The intention is that the main assortment shall cover most of the contracting authority ́s needs. Which furniture is included in the main assortment is specified in the attached product and price form, under the tab "Institution". Other assortment, unless the main assortment does not cover the need/specification, the contracting authority will use the other assortment. Tenderers must both have plenty of breadth and depth in their other product range that this contract applies to. The other assortment will be priced according to mark-up. Lot 3 — Sub-contract 3 - Framework agreement furniture - before-and-after-school care and (estimated 10500000.00): Kristiansand municipality (the contracting authority) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of furniture for before-and-after-school care and before-and-after-school care. The aim of the procurement of furniture for before-and-after-school care is to procure products that cover the Contracting Authority's needs. At the same time, the contracting authority would like to contribute to sustainable restructuring and circular economy. The framework agreement is not exclusive. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct its own procurement processes where the Contracting Authority deems this appropriate. This can, for example, be with the procurement of furniture in connection with turnkey contracts or major furniture procurements in connection with own projects. The framework agreement is for the entire assortment within the category before-and-after-school care. Main assortmentSome of the products is included in a core assortment. The intention is that the main assortment shall cover most of the contracting authority ́s needs. Which furniture is included in the main assortment is specified in the attached product and price form, under the tab "SFO og skole". Other assortment, unless the main assortment does not cover the need/specification, the contracting authority will use the other assortment. Tenderers must both have plenty of breadth and depth in their other product range that this contract applies to. The other assortment will be priced according to mark-up. Lot 4 — Sub-contract 4 - Framework agreement furniture - Nursery school (estimated 6000000.00): Kristiansand municipality (the contracting authority) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of furniture for nurseries. The aim of the procurement of furniture for nursery schools is to procure products that cover the contracting authority ́s needs. At the same time, the contracting authority would like to contribute to sustainable restructuring and circular economy. The framework agreement is not exclusive. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct its own procurement processes where the Contracting Authority deems this appropriate. This can, for example, be with the procurement of furniture in connection with turnkey contracts or major furniture procurements in connection with own projects. The framework agreement is for the entire assortment within the category nursery furniture. Main assortmentSome of the products is included in a core assortment. The intention is that the main assortment shall cover most of the contracting authority ́s needs. Which furniture is included in the main assortment is specified in the attached product and price form, under the tab "Nursery". Other assortment, unless the main assortment does not cover the need/specification, the contracting authority will use the other assortment.
