Details

The Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors the refurbishment and extension of Ivanhoe Croquet Club Upgrade, 132 Lower Heidelberg Road, Ivanhoe East, 3079.

The project's objective is to lift, refurbish and extend the existing club house.

The scope of works generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:

  • Mobilisation and site establishment.
  • Set out of works.
  • All works as per design drawings and specification including lifting the existing club house, refurbishment of the kitchen, social space and amenities, new social room extension, new deck, ramp and stairs and new storage shed.
  • Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with all Council and statutory safety requirements.
  • Liaison with authorities as required.
  • Location and protection of any underground and above-ground services in the works area.
  • Site clean-up.
  • O&M Manuals, As Built and handover documentation.

In addition to the above, there will be a site visit on Wednesday 30 September 2026 at 10am for contractors to assess the site conditions.
