About “SAATHII”

Solidarity and Action Against The HIV Infection in India (SAATHII), is an Indian non-profit capacity-building organization (Charitable Trust), that formally began in 2002 with an initial focus on strengthening and scaling up HIV services in the country, congruent with a vision of a concerted response to the epidemic in India. Headquartered in Chennai, SAATHII has operations in different states of India. BID INVITATION Under its HIV program, SAATHII invites the password protected quotations from 5-star hotels and resorts in Hyderabad to conduct 2 days residential training scheduled from 13th to 14th Nov, 2026. The detailed requirements are tabulated below. BID SUBMISSION The password protected bids/quotations to be submitted as per the set timelines tabulated below, adhered with the given terms and conditions and to be addressed to: To, The Procurement Department, Solidarity And Action Against The HIV Infection In India “SAATHII” Delhi Office Timeline and Instructions for Submission of Quotation and Password Deadline for Submission of Password Protected Quotation By or before- 29th Oct, 2026, 23:59 Hrs.
