The City of North Bay (“the City”) is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced respondents for the provision of remedial property services to assist with bringing non-compliant properties into compliance with the minimum standards outlined in the City’s Property Standards and Clean Yards By-law. The selected respondent will perform services in connection with the removal, handling, repair, maintenance and/or disposal of a variety of items from private property, under the direction of a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer. Bidders must be able to complete all services outlined below or have capability to subcontract the work, as required. Only Online Submissions will be Accepted for this Quotation
