The City of Burnaby’s (“City”) intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors in audio technology consulting, supply and installation, to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, and optional semi-annual preventative maintenance for a system at the Burnaby Village Museum (“BVM”) that supports museum-wide paging, public announcements, and the playback of programmed audio content, as further detailed herein.
