Details

Scope of the Tender: Provision of Refrigerant Identifiers

The objective of this procurement is to supply 10 (ten) units of Refrigerant Identifier that meet internationally recognized standards, complete with accessories, consumables, commissioning, user training and after-sales support, to be used by customs officers in the inspection and verification of imported refrigerants under HPMP Stage III. Refrigerant identifiers are essential to: enable customs officers to verify the identity and composition of imported refrigerants rapidly and on site; detect mislabeled, contaminated or illegal refrigerants, including substances that do not match import licenses or declared HS codes; support the enforcement of the import licensing and quota system for HCFCs and HFCs; and ensure compliance with Indonesia’s national regulations and its obligations under the Montreal Protocol.

Specific considerations: equipment must be compatible with Indonesian mains power (220–230 VAC, 50 Hz); end-users have varying technical backgrounds, so manuals and training must be practical and available in Bahasa Indonesia and English; UNDP will arrange customs clearance under its duty/tax exemption, so the supplier must provide complete and accurate shipping documents in a timely manner.

Before you bid on this tender

A quick checklist to help you decide whether to bid and prepare a compliant submission for this transport & logistics opportunity. Always verify the details on the official source.

  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
