Procuring agency: Root, Autonomus Bodies, Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde. Category: Services (SRFP [FTP] Large - Lump Sum). Type/Method: NCB, QCBS.

Eligibility: a) Legal Eligibility The Consultant shall be a legally registered consulting firm/company and shall possess a valid Trade License or equivalent registration as applicable under the laws of Bhutan. The Consultant shall not be under suspension, debarment or declaration of ineligibility by the Royal Government of Bhutan or any competent authority. b) Relevant Experience of the Firm The Consultant shall have successfully completed or substantially completed at least two (2) consultancy assignments of similar nature within the last ten (10) years , preferably involving one or more of the following: Preparation or review of Structure Plans, Local Area Plans (LAPs), Area Development Plans or similar urban development plans; Urban and regional planning; Land use and spatial planning; Preparation of development control regulations/planning guidelines; or Urban infrastructure and settlement planning At least one (1) assignment should preferably involve preparation/review of a Structure Plan, LAP or equivalent urban/settlement development plan. c) Technical and Professional Capacity The Consultant shall demonstrate availability of qualified and experienced professionals required for the assignment. The proposed team should include, at a minimum, professionals with relevant qualifications and experience as specified in the ITC under evaluation.
