Residential training facility for Labour Tribunal Judges

UNFPA Sri Lanka is looking for the follwoing services from hoteliers:

Specification.

Specification Training from 09–11 October 2026

Conference Facility A training venue located in Colombo is required to host a residential training for 36 participants (and provide accommodation for 29 participants)

Accommodation 09 October 2026 - 29 rooms on H/B basis

Lunch is needed only for 07 pax. However, evening refreshments with tea/coffee for 36 pax should be served at 4 pm. The training session for the 9th will start around 3:30 pm and will go on until 6:30 pm.

On 10th October - 29 rooms on H/B basis

Full conference package (morning and evening refreshment with tea/coffee and lunch for 36 pax)

On 11th October - No rooms required

Evening refreshment not required. Only morning refreshment and lunch are required for 36 pax

Other requirements from the hotel Two (02) Flip charts boards and with 2 flip chart papers

Notepads and pencil

Water bottles/water jar

Projector & screen

Uninterrupted WiFi connection in the room to connect to the internet and play a few YouTube videos.

Sound System/microphone
