Le présent appel d'offres vise la fourniture, l'installation, la mise en service, l'entretien et la gestion de compteurs d'eau et d'antennes de télérelève pour l'ensemble du parc municipal de la Ville de Hampstead, estimé à environ 1 900 compteurs. Le mandat comprend notamment la gestion des rendez-vous avec les résidents, l'inspection des installations existantes, le remplacement ou la réinstallation des antennes, le remplacement des piles, la configuration des équipements, les essais de fonctionnement, la production de rapports ainsi que l'intégration complète des données à la plateforme my.Hampstead. L'adjudicataire devra également assurer les services d'exploitation du réseau et de la plateforme, le soutien technique, la gestion des données, la conformité à la Loi 25, ainsi que le transfert des données et des accès à la fin du contrat. Les travaux sont prévus sur une période de trois ans, soit de novembre 2026 à décembre 2028, pour un total estimatif de 1 900 compteurs
