72141100 - Infrastructure building and surfacing and paving services DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking for potential vendors to express interest in its requirement for the Refurbishment and Implementation of Energy-Saving Measures at the Bamyan Compound and Renovation Works at UNAMA Regional Compounds (Kandahar and Gardez) UNAMA intends to establish a contract for the Refurbishment and implementation of Energy saving measures, Installation of EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finishing System) on external walls, replacement of windows and doors with double Glazed Aluminum and roof insulation with Glass wool and timber for the Buildings and renovation works in UNAMA Regional Offices (Kandahar, Gardez) Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

i. Bidders minimum experience in building Construction field of 6 years, Contractors to provide supporting documents e.g. Client’s reference letters,contract documents and any other related experience related documents. ii. Successful Completion of at least 2 SIMILAR building construction/ expansion/ refurbishment projects of minimum value US$400,000 each, Contractors to provide supporting documents e.g. Client’s reference letters and contract documents. iii.
