77101501 - Risk or hazard assessment 77111508 - Natural risks or hazards protection services 93131800 - Disaster preparedness and relief DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS ENGLISH The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) of service providers in areas of work aligned to UNDRR’s 2026-2030 Strategic Framework. The scope of services entails a mix of global, regional, national and sub-national services in cooperation with a diverse range of stakeholders and beneficiaries across regions. Technical services envisaged will cover a mix of in-person and remote capacity strengthening and implementation support; development, refinement and/or co-delivery of demand-driven technical tools to promote uptake and ownership by partners; and technical assistance to strengthen country-owned systems relevant to achieving the Sendai Framework and selected targets. The purpose will be to engage capable, results-oriented organizations that can contribute to one or more of the Results of UNDRR's Strategic Plan and the Sendai Framework. In this context, UNDRR is seeking experienced, eligible and prospective global, regional and/or national non-profit and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to be included in the roster from which the relevant organization will be selected as Technical service providers to work with UNDRR in co-delivery of technical assistance covering the thematic areas outlined below. The service providers must have a proven track record in capacity building of government institutions and partners in disaster risk reduction, capacity, early warning, and risk knowledge covering the indicative areas under the applicable Lot, with a minimum years of experience of 5 years.
