Oslo kommune skal inngå en samkjøpsavtale for kjøp og levering av mat- og drikkevarer til kommunens "mindre virksomheter", en detaljistavtale. Felles for mindre virksomheter i kommunen er at lagringsmulighetene for både tørr- kjøl og frysevarer er begrenset og de kjøper ofte mindre forpakninger og antall. Avtalen skal sikre at virksomhetene får tilgang til et hensiktsmessig sortiment, tilpassede forpakninger og en leveringsfrekvens som understøtter deres drift.
