Hensikten med anbudsforespørselen er å inngå avtale om uavhengige rådgivningstjenester innen AV-utstyr og videoproduksjonsløsninger for universitets- og høyskolesektoren, samt Sikts øvrige kunder. Rådgivningen skal dekke kartlegging, planlegging, prosjektledelse, kravspesifisering, evaluering, leveranseoppfølging og generell rådgivning knyttet til anskaffelse og bruk av AV-utstyr og videoproduksjonsløsninger. Konsulenten skal være uavhengig av leverandører av AV-utstyr og tilhørende tjenester, slik at anbefalinger gis utelukkende i oppdragsgivers og kundevirksomhetenes interesse.
