Rammeavtalen skal dekke oppdragsgivers behov for maskinentreprenørtjenester og annet arbeid som naturlig faller inn under dette for prosjektet CAOC i Bodø kommune. Avtalen er ikke eksklusiv, og Forsvarsbygg forbeholder seg retten til å anskaffe tilsvarende ytelser gjennom andre kontrakter eller entrepriseoppdrag når dette anses hensiktsmessig. Rammeavtalen omfatter entreprenørtjenester innenfor bygg og anlegg slik som nevnt i hovedkapitlene fra NS 3420. Begrensninger settes av de opplistende fagarbeidere og maskiner i prisskjema som et utgangspunkt. Det vil i tillegg være noen spesialarbeider som fremgår av oppdragsbeskrivelsen del III – vedlegg 7 – faglig oppdragsbeskrivelse der det i enkelte tilfeller kan bli behov for maskiner/utstyr som ikke fremkommer i prisskjema, entreprenør skal da kunne stille med slikt utstyr.
