Details

Mozaïek Wonen start binnenkort een aanbestedingsprocedure om een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met drie contractanten voor een periode van vier jaar. Het doel is om onze woningvoorraad (bouwkundig) te verduurzamen in combinatie met planmatig onderhoud. De scope omvat onder meer de voorbereiding en uitvoering van de werkzaamheden, bewonerscommunicatie en participatie. Daarnaast zetten we in op een langdurige samenwerking waarin efficiënt werken, lerend vermogen en continue verbetering centraal staan. Bij de aanbesteding volgt Mozaïek Wonen de Europese aanbestedingsregels voor aanbestedende diensten en kiezen wij voor een niet-openbare procedure.
