Provision of Managed Print Services for ESCAP and Other Clients in Bangkok

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a qualified company capable of providing network multifunction machines and managed print services on a cost-per-copy basis for ESCAP and other clients in Bangkok, Thailand.

Scope of Services

(1) Provision and leasing of network multifunction office machines for the proposed Document Stations of ESCAP, capable of printing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying, on a cost-per-copy basis. (2) Provision of all necessary consumables and supplies, excluding printing/copy paper, required for the operation of the leased multifunction machines. (3) Provision of maintenance, repair, technical support, and replacement of parts as required to ensure reliable operation and availability of the multifunction machines throughout the contract period.

Location of ESCAP Premises: The United Nations Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok 10200 Thailand.

Contract Duration: The contract shall have an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) extension options of one (1) year each, for a maximum total contract duration of five (5) years. Any extension of the contract shall be at ESCAP's sole discretion and shall be subject to budgetary appropriations and satisfactory contractor performance.
