The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible and qualified local bidders, limited to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius, for the Provision of First Loss Natural Disaster and Calamities Insurance Cover for Year 2027. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org Reference Number CEB/IFB/2026/11688. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Tuesday 03 November 2026 up to 13.30 hrs (Local time). Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 03 November 2026 as from 15.01 hrs till Wednesday 04 November 2026 at 13.30 hrs (Local time). Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 04 November 2026 as from 13.45 hours.
