81112200 - Software maintenance and support DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) at Geneva is looking for a competent and experienced vendor to establish a contract for the provision of technical support, maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution. The duration of the contract is expected to be for a period of 1 year with possibility of extension for four (4) additional periods of one year each (1+1+1+1+1). The service shall commence in November 2026. Vendors are requested to express their interest by sending their Expression of Interest (EOI) response form by the closing date set forth in this REOI.
