78000000 - Transportation and Storage and Mail Services 80000000 - Management and Business Professionals and Administrative Services DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The United Nations Procurement Division intends to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the subject services on a 3-year basis with options to extend the agreement for two (2) additional periods of 1-year each, based on satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the UN. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY) The UN is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of contractual staffing services for messengers, clerical personnel and ushers at UN Headquarters in New York. Services will be provided at the UN- occupied office buildings and locations. The Travel and Transportation Section (TTS) is composed of several functional units, each with distinct responsibilities. Under the Passport and Visa Services Team (PVST), TTS coordinates and oversees all UN- funded travel arrangements, including the routing and monitoring of official travel. This team is responsible for issuing UN travel documents, facilitating host country visa processing, supporting immigration-related matters, and reporting personnel changes at Headquarters to host country authorities. Under Garage Administration Team (GAT), TTS is responsible for the operational management and support of the United Nations garage. This includes managing garage space to ensure maximum usage of this limited resource and informing personnel of the applicable guidelines for the use of the United Nations garage. The Material Management Team (MMT) oversees the UNHQ loading dock and a centrally managed warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, handling, and distribution of all incoming goods and materials. The Contractor shall provide a total of eight (8) clerical personnel allocated as follows: five (5) to the Passport and Visa Services Team, two (2) to Garage Administration, and one (1) to the Material Management Team.
