The premises should be ready build and the entire space should be pr eferably on Ground floor. The premises for Branch mentioned below should be in the commercial establishments with all facilities including good visibility, adequate power, place for Gen Set and water supply (not in the area notified for land acquisition). The premises should be commercially approved from the Competent Authority having sufficient parking area and frontage. Interested landlords having ready to move property and agreeable for any alterations as per Bank’s requirement should submit their offer in the below mentioned office on Bank’s prescribed format of “ TECHNICAL BID” AND “PRICE BID” in two (02) separate sealed envelopes super scribing “Technical bid”/”Price bid” with “Name of the Branch” along with one demand draft of any scheduled bank of Rs 20,000 payable at SBI Doda Branch in favour of State Bank of India (refundable) during the office hour at below mentioned address , on or before 18.09.2026 up to 05:00 p.m. The format for the Technical and Price bid can be downloaded from the SBI website https://www.bank.sbi at “procurement news” or can be collected personally from below mentioned office during banking hours on any working day. No bid will be considered on format other than uploaded on our website www.bank.sbi under “procurement news”. Duly signed and completed separate Technical and Price Bids are to be submitted for each proposal using xerox copies in case of multip le offers. The successful bidder will have to execute the lease deed as per the standard t erms and conditions finalized by the SBI for the purpose, and the stamp duty and registration charges of the lease deed will be shared equally (50:50) by the lessor (s) and the Bank .
