The PPA -cum-PMC shall obtain all mandatory and/or statutory building permissions/approvals and their periodical renewals, including but not limited to municipal clearance from appropriate Municipal Corporation , Airport Authority clearance, Environmental clearance, etc., as required for commencement of construction at site. Further, the PPA-cum-PMC shall obtain all other statutory permissions/approvals required during execution of the project and upon completion of the project, including but not limited to Fire No Objection Certificate (Fire NOC), Occupancy Certificate, and any other approvals mandated by statutory authorities/Govt. bodies. All drawings, documents, layouts, calculations, and technical details required by the statutory authorities/Govt. bodies in this regard shall be promptly prepared and made available by the PPA -cum-PMC within three days of receipt of the written/verbal request, without causing any delay to the progress or completion of the project. PPA-cum-PMC shall ensure to obtain in time all required/necessary approvals from statutory/Govt. bodies required from very beginning to final handing over of the project to SBI. 13. Detailed Structural and A rchitectural design is in the scope of the PPA - cum-PMC. 14. The SBI reserve their rights to accept or reject any or all the applications, either in whole or in part without assigning any reason(s) therefor and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. 15. In case, date of opening of tenders is declared as a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time. 16. The shortlisted Architectural Firms/Individual shall be invited for Design Competition and date shall be intimated by SBI after the scrutiny of Technical
