Supply, installation and commissioning of fermentation tanks (4 x 2,000 L) with a bottling line, a heat pump dehydrator and a 200 L/hr juice filling setup.

ISAP India Foundation invites Expressions of Interest / Tenders from reputed, experienced manufacturers and authorized dealers of fruit processing machinery for the supply, installation and commissioning of value-addition processing equipment, comprising fermentation and bottling capacity, a dehydration line and a juice filling setup, for deployment at the project site in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Bidders should offer complete, factory-tested equipment covering all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control elements described below, along with commissioning, training and after-sales support. The vendor shall be responsible for the following, on a turnkey basis: Supply and installation of Fermentation Tanks (4 x 2,000 L) together with a bottling line, for fermented product output (e.g., cider vinegar). Supply and installation of a Heat Pump Dehydrator for drying fruit slices and processing by-product (pomace). Supply and installation of an Integrated Juice Filling Setup (200 L/hr), suitable for integration with an upstream aseptic processing line. On-site installation, commissioning and trial runs. Operator training and after-sales technical support. Provision of complete documentation: process flow diagrams, equipment manuals, electrical drawings and O&M manuals. Bidders must offer equipment meeting or exceeding the following specifications. Deviations, or superior alternative approaches, should be clearly stated and justified in the technical bid. 3.1 Fermentation Tanks (4 x 2,000 L) + Bottling Line Main shell in SS304, net capacity 2,000 L / gross capacity 2,200 L per tank, with internal jacket and dish-end bottom. Each tank to be fitted with an agitator, viewing glass, temperature sensor and sample collection point. Material transfer pump and filter (with filter mesh) included for product transfer. Bottling/filling line sized to the fermentation output, for finished product packaging. 3.2 Heat Pump Dehydrator Puff-panel insulated drying chamber with SS304 internal cladding; axial fan for air circulation. Trolley-based loading with ramp and dedicated trolley-inlet door; main door with viewing window. Electrical panel with digital temperature/moisture control, safety relays and multilayer stack-light indication. Heat pump unit with air recirculation and heat regeneration for energy-efficient drying. 3.3 Integrated Juice Filling Setup – 200 L/hr Pre-mixing tank for ingredients, with a homogeniser for particle-size control. Balance tank ahead of the filling line; can utilise an upstream aseptic unit's steriliser as a pasteuriser to increase capital utilisation. Volumetric can filling and capping unit (semi-automatic), 200 L/hr capacity. The following will be arranged at the project site to enable installation and operation. The site is shared with other phases of the project. Bidders should factor these into their installation planning and confirm any additional site requirements in their proposal. 4.1 Utility Requirements 4.2 Civil Construction Requirements No additional civil construction is required for this phase. The covered facility (approx. 10,000 sq ft, constructed under Phase 1) is already available at the site and will be reused for Phase 2 equipment. Bidders should confirm equipment fit and any minor layout adjustments within the existing facility as part of their site assessment. Bidders must confirm their ability to meet, or better, the following timeline in their technical proposal: Bidders must also specify their FAT process, remote installation support availability (if any), and the content of their standard training/O&M manual package. 6.1 Warranty Minimum warranty of 1 year for mechanical parts and 9 months for electrical components, from the date of commissioning. Warranty must cover free service for replacement/repair of defective parts. Bidders should clearly state exclusions (e.g., damage due to misuse, accidents or unauthorized modification). 6.2 Annual Maintenance Contract Bidders must quote AMC terms separately, covering at minimum 1 preventive maintenance visit per year and breakdown support (on-call or on-site, minimum 2 visits per year). Interested parties should submit their technical proposals, including: Detailed technical specifications and product brochures for each major sub-system listed in Section 3. Item-wise, GST-inclusive financial quotation. Company registration and GST details. Company MSME details. Copy of valid ISO 9001 certification (and ZED certification, if held). Evidence of past experience in similar fruit processing installations (e.g., site photos/videos). Proposed order-to-commissioning timeline, referencing Section 5. Warranty and AMC terms, referencing Section 6. Any deviations from the technical specifications in Section 3, clearly flagged and justified.
