Supply, installation and commissioning of a 200 kg/hr aseptic processing plant, screw press juice extraction unit and dual-mode decanter centrifuge.

ISAP India Foundation invites Expressions of Interest / Tenders from reputed, experienced manufacturers and authorized dealers of fruit processing machinery for the supply, installation and commissioning of core fruit processing equipment, comprising an aseptic processing line, a juice extraction unit and a centrifugal separation unit, for deployment at the project site in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Bidders should offer complete, factory-tested equipment covering all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control elements described below, along with commissioning, training and after-sales support. The vendor shall be responsible for the following, on a turnkey basis: Design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of an Aseptic Processing Plant of 200 kg/hr output capacity, capable of aseptic filling of fruit pulp. Supply and integration of a Screw Press juice extraction unit (200 kg/hr input), yielding juice with dried pomace as a co-product. Supply and integration of a Decanter Centrifuge (dual-mode: juice / pulp clarification). On-site installation, commissioning and trial runs. Operator training and after-sales technical support. Provision of complete documentation: process flow diagrams, equipment manuals, electrical drawings and O&M manuals. Bidders must offer equipment meeting or exceeding the following specifications. Deviations, or superior alternative approaches, should be clearly stated and justified in the technical bid. 3.1 Aseptic Processing Plant – 200 kg/hr Output Capacity Fabricated SS304 skid with integrated CIP station, complete hygienic piping, fittings, valves and operator/emergency-stop stations. Washing, lifting conveyor and crushing/pulping section: fruit washing, high-speed crusher, and single-pass pulper with SS304 buffer tank. Storage tanks feeding a sterilizer, sized up to 200 kg/hr, with a shell-and-tube cooling heat exchanger and cooling tower. Aseptic packaging unit: pneumatically actuated filler enclosed in a steam-sterilized SS304 chamber. CIP system: dedicated water/caustic/acid tanks, piping and a high-pressure CIP pump for full-line cleaning. Instrumentation and process control: PLC-based system with HMI, temperature/pressure sensors across key stages, and dual operator stations. Electrical power system: VFD and contactor-controlled motors, complete panel assembly, wiring and testing. 3.2 Screw Press – Juice Extraction (200 kg/hr Input) Single-screw extraction unit with sieve, low-speed high-torque gearbox for high juice yield, chain and belt driven moving parts. SS304 construction with reinforced perforated screens; pneumatic pusher for yield control. Includes a geared product pump and an SS304 holding tank for downstream transfer. Delivers juice with dried pomace as a usable co-product. 3.3 Decanter Centrifuge – Dual-Mode (Juice / Pulp) SS304 construction, with separate solid and liquid discharge ports, and a differential-mechanism screw conveyor and drum. Operable in dual mode (juice clarification or pulp clarification) as required by the production line. Includes a dedicated SS304 buffer tank and positive-displacement product pump, trolley-mounted. The following will be arranged at the project site to enable installation and operation. The site is shared with other phases of the project.
