INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT LUCKNOW (IIM Lucknow) invites a Request for Proposal (RFP) for appointment of a Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) as Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for Construction management, including technical support for various statutory approvals and ensuring all liabilities, including contractor liabilities, during the defect liability period. Eligibility of the CPSU for the stage of technical evaluation : CPSUs must not have been blacklisted or debarred by any Government department/agency at the time of bid submission , and no work awarded to CPSUs should have been terminated during the last three years on grounds of unsatisfactory performance. The CPSU should be a Navratna/Maharatna/Miniratna company and must have posted a net profit (Profit After Tax) in each of the last 3 consecutive financial years. The CPSUs are required to submit an undertaking in this regard. Name & Description of work Last date of submission of the completed RFP document (Bid) works, including Academic, Offices, and Hostel buildings, and related external services, at the Lucknow and Noida Campuses.
