Clarification on Tenure of Appointment: One dedicated Architect for the Project is needed to

be stationed at the Architect’s office. The Engineer, with sufficient experience and A -CAD knowledge, will be deputed to the site during construction, with daily attendance required. Construction is expected to start in Feb 2027 and may continue until work completion. If the delay is beyond the architect's scope, the decision on the engineer's salary will be based on the party at fault for the delay and, accordingly, can be distributed among the respective PMC/ contractor. The decision of the Engineer-in-charge/ competent Authority in this regard will be final and binding.
