The prequalification/eligibility criteria, scope of the services to be rendered, terms and conditions of appointment and prescribed formats for submission of application can be downloaded from Bank’s website www.sbi.co.in under procurement news (https://sbi.co.in/web/sbi-in-the- news/procurement-news) from 15th October ,2026 to 11th November 2026 up to 3.00 PM. Interested Architectural Firms complying prescribed eligibility criteria should ensure submission of their applications in the prescribed format with supporting documents at this office at the latest by 3.00 pm on 11th November 2026. Applications received after due date and time will not be entertained. The SBI reserves their rights to accept any or to reject all the applications without assigning reasons therefore and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. Conditional proposals are liable for disqualification. 13. The PPA -cum-PMC shall extend full cooperation and support to the Main Contractor, their appointed Architect, or any other agency authorized by them, in obtaining all mandatory and/or statutory building permissions/approvals and their periodical renewals, including but not limited to municipal clearance from appropriate Municipal Corporation, Airport Authority clearance, Environmental clearance, etc., as required for commencement of construction at site. Further, the PPA-cum-PMC shall ensure and extend all necessary support to the Main Contractor for obtaining all other statutory permissions/approvals required during execution of the project and upon completion of the project, including but not limited to Fire No Objection Certificate (Fire NOC), Occupancy Certificate, and any other approvals mandated by statutory authorities/Govt. bodies on behalf of the Bank. All drawings, documents, layouts, calculations, and technical details required by the Main Contractor or statutory authorities/Govt. bodies in this regard shall be promptly prepared and made available by the PPA -cum-PMC within three days of receipt of the written/verbal request, without causing any delay to the progress or completion of the project. PPA-cum-PMC shall ensure to obtain in time all required/necessary approvals from statutory/Govt. bodies, in coordination with Main Contractor, required from very beginning to final handing over of the project to SBI. 14.
