The intent of this Request for Qualification (“ RFQ ”) is to seek statements of qualifications (“ Responses ”) from parties (the “ Respondents ”) interested in providing design and construction services in connection with the Anmore and Belcarra Fire Hall Replacement Project (the “ Project ”). More specifically, the intent of this RFQ is to short-list up to four (4) Respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal (the “ RFP ”) to select a design-builder (the “ Design-Builder ”) to design and construct the Project using a progressive design build delivery model.
