Republic of Malawi Chikwawa Teacher Training College INVITATION TO BID (ITB) FOR PROCUREMENT OF NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES 1. The Ministry of Education (MOEST) has secured resources for procurement of non- consultancy services and intends to apply part of the funds towards the stated procurements on framework Agreements. The Chairperson, internal procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee of Chikwawa Teacher Training College, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to participate in it. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering procedures through use of Request for Quotations contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (2025) and its subsidiary legislations and is open to all qualified and eligible bidders. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal of Asset Unit and Inspect the Bidding Document at the address given below at 10 (a) from 8:00 to 12:00 Noon and 13:00 to 16:00 Hrs Local time (Monday to Friday , except National Public holidays and weekends.
