UNESCO is pleased to invite your company to participate in Invitation to Bid ITB-UA-26-12 for the Procurement of IT Equipment for Documentary Heritage.
Please find the complete solicitation document attached to this email. All information regarding the scope of supply, technical specifications, eligibility and qualification requirements, required submission documents, contractual conditions, and bidding procedures is provided in the attached ITB.
Bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots; however, the offer for each selected lot must include all items listed under that lot.
The deadline for submission of bids is:
8 September 2026, 14: 00 Kyiv time
Bids must be submitted exclusively to procurement.kyiv@unesco.org. The email subject line shall indicate:
