SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS: 1) Description of Goods: Proc urement of ELECTRICAL MATERIALS FOR CHAMWABVI CDSS. 2) Quotation prices should be based on: Malawi Kwacha (a) for goods supplied from within Malawi; EXW – insured and delivered to: DDP/ DAP (Delivery at Place) - Insured and delivered at CHAMWABVI CDSS/PRIVATE BAG 9,CHILOWAMATAMBE, KASUNGU. (b) for goods supplied from outside of Malawi; CIP or DDP and delivered at Chamwabvi cdss. 3) The Delivery period required is 8 days from date of order. The attached Schedule of Requirements at Section C, details the items to be purchased. You are requested to quote your delivered price for these items by completing and returning Sections B and C. 9} The attached Schedule of Requirements in Section D, details the items to be procured. 11) Goods must be new not reused 12) The detailed descriptions of the goods required are provided in table below.
