The Ministry of National Education (MoNE), General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Türkiye: Education for Job Market Readiness Project (E4J) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the “Procurement of Backup Software Licenses.” The General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies of the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the “Procurement of Backup Software Licenses.” The scope of the procurement includes the supply of licenses for backup software with a minimum usage period of 5 years (60 months), including all updates, with a capacity to support 500 virtual or physical servers, in order to ensure service continuity. Following the signing of the contract, the software shall be delivered, fully operational and ready for use in accordance with the technical specifications, to the General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies, Emniyet Mahallesi, Milas Sokak, No: 8, Yenimahalle/Ankara/Türkiye, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days . The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB), as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – September 2023” (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Taner HAZAN, Procurement Coordinator, World Bank Project Implementation Coordination Unit, Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Technologies, at [contact details removed], and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09:00 to 18:00 at the address specified below. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain the bidding documents prepared in Turkish by submitting a written application to the address below and paying a non-refundable fee of USD 100 (One Hundred United States Dollars) . Electronic Bids will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Sözlemenin imzalanmasn takiben en fazla 30 (otuz) takvim günü içinde teknik artnameye uygun olarak çalr / kullanma hazr vaziyette “Emniyet Mahallesi, Milas Sokak, No:8, Yenimahalle/Ankara/Türkiye” adresindeki Yenilik ve Eitim Teknolojileri Genel Müdürlüü’ne teslim edilecektir.
