De provincie Noord-Brabant is op zoek naar een leverancier voor de levering, implementatie, het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van een SaaS-gebaseerde proces- en architectuurtool.

De opdracht omvat onder meer:

- het beschikbaar stellen van de SaaS-oplossing (licenties); - de implementatie en ingebruikname, inclusief configuratie, koppelingen, datamigratie, testen en opleiding; - het uitvoeren van het beheer van de oplossing (inclusief ondersteuning van functioneel beheer); - het leveren van inhoudelijke ondersteuning - het leveren van optionele consultancy- en adviesdiensten gericht op optimalisatie en doorontwikkeling.
