Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Roof Replacement at Multiple Locations

Responses must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK : This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is intended to establish a list of prequalified contractors who may be used for the future procurement of roof replacement and/or roof repair work at the following locations: 80 Bales Drive East, East Gwillimbury 100 Garfield Wright Boulevard, East Gwillimbury 194 Eagle Street, Newmarket For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM : Any responses received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration. WORKING AT HEIGHTS TRAINING: Respondents are required to confirm that all personnel performing work that requires Working at Heights training will possess valid Ontario Ministry-approved Working at Heights training prior to commencing the Work. Refer to RFPQ Particulars - Appendix A - Section D-2. For complete bid details, refer to the RFPQ documents.
