1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa oprogramowania SugarCRM lub równoważnego, w tym: 1)udzielenie lub zapewnienie i dostarczenie przez Wykonawcę Licencji na Oprogramowanie na okres 12 miesięcy, 2)udzielenie lub zapewnienia przez Wykonawcę Wsparcia dla Oprogramowania na okres obowiązywania dostarczonych Licencji Oprogramowania, 3)dostarczenie przez Wykonawcę Dokumentacji. 2.Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, zwany dalej SOPZ oraz we Wzorze Umowy, której wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ (dalej: Wzór Umowy lub Umowa).
