1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) sukcesywna dostawa fabrycznie nowego Sprzętu wraz z Dokumentacją, w tym udzielenie lub zapewnienie licencji na Oprogramowanie, wraz z udzieleniem lub zapewnieniem gwarancji i zapewnieniem w jej ramach serwisu gwarancyjnego dla Sprzętu na zasadach wskazanych w Umowie oraz w SOPZ. 2) Na Przedmiot Umowy w zakresie dostawy Sprzętu wraz z Oprogramowaniem, składa się: a) Laptop typ 1 - 19 sztuk, b) Laptop typ 2 – 10 sztuk, c) Laptop typ 3 - 10 sztuk, d) Laptop typ 4 - 10 sztuk. 2. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
