Details
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa, instalacja, konfiguracja, wdrożenie i uruchomienie kompletnego rozwiązania klasy HCI (Infrastruktura hiperkonwergentna - ang. Hyperconverged Infrastructure) w postaci Appliance, wraz z niezbędnym oprogramowaniem, licencjami, subskrypcjami, wsparciem producenta, osprzętem, okablowaniem, dokumentacją oraz usługą migracji, 2) zapewnienie usługi serwisu gwarancyjnego i gwarancji dla dostarczonych urządzeń wchodzących w skład dostarczonego rozwiązania oraz Oprogramowania, świadczonej przez producenta lub autoryzowany serwis producenta przez okres 60 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru, o którym mowa w § 2 ust. 3, na zasadach określonych w § 5 Projektowanych postanowień umowy (PPU). 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ), który stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz w PPU, które stanowią załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
Lots Lot 1 — Modernizacja infrastruktury hiperkonwergentnej (HCI): 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa, instalacja, konfiguracja, wdrożenie i uruchomienie kompletnego rozwiązania klasy HCI (Infrastruktura hiperkonwergentna - ang. Hyperconverged Infrastructure) w postaci Appliance, wraz z niezbędnym oprogramowaniem, licencjami, subskrypcjami, wsparciem producenta, osprzętem, okablowaniem, dokumentacją oraz usługą migracji, 2) zapewnienie usługi serwisu gwarancyjnego i gwarancji dla dostarczonych urządzeń wchodzących w skład dostarczonego rozwiązania oraz Oprogramowania, świadczonej przez producenta lub autoryzowany serwis producenta przez okres 60 miesięcy od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru, o którym mowa w § 2 ust. 3, na zasadach określonych w § 5 Projektowanych postanowień umowy (PPU). 2.
